Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation via email from contact@indiamasala.fr, once it is completed.

Order Live Tracking

Your shipment will be done through GLS based on your location.

Delivery Concerns

If you face any problems with a delivery, please contact at contact@indiamasala.fr or +33762519540 (Whatsapp/Mobile).

It is important for you to ensure self-availability to receive the order at the time of delivery.

Reasons for delivery failures:

  • You provided the wrong phone number or address for delivery
  • There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided
  • The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
  • The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
  • There is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery
  • Unavailability of the person at the address for delivery to accept delivery (if signature is mandatory).

Note: Re-delivery will be chargeable in the above mentioned cases.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Indiamasala.fr is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Indiamasala.fr takes care of any damages or lost items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at contact@indiamasala.fr.

Follow these steps to report the same:

  • 1. Take pictures of the damaged items.
  • 2. Send us an email to contact@indiamasala.fr, with your order no and pictures of the damaged items.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the EU.


Note:

Free Delivery and Weight Restrictions

  1. We provide free delivery across the France based on the location, cart value, and weight of the package.
  2. If your order is updated (due to any of the reasons mentioned below) and the order value drops below the free shipping threshold, the shipping charges will be applicable to the order. You may add more items to the order to avail free shipping and have a right to cancel the order. Your order may be updated due to the following reasons: Item is out of stock / Item is past best before date / Item is no longer required by the customer.
  3. All orders have a weight restriction of 27 kgs per parcel. If the order weight is over 27kgs, then the normal shipping cost will apply for every additional parcel. Per order, only one parcel will be free.
